  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another with tracking information when it ships.

πŸš€ Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

U.S. Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) β€” Free on orders over $75, or calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) β€” Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping:

  • Available to most countries. Rates and delivery times vary based on destination and customs.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


πŸ“¦ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but we’ll always do our best to help.
If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please email @rizeupsupplements@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

🌍 Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

If a product is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll clearly note the estimated shipping timeframe on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
